So apparently the Bush administration was about to start a campaign against prescription drug abuse today, but postponed it because they didn't "want anyone to think they were being opportunistic." Now why anyone would ever suspect the Bush administration of being opportunistic is beyond me...
Ahem, I don't know, maybe their hesitance has something to do with the track record in the article linked to by Alex...
